Description
GORKI-3 Light Industrial production and warehouse complex is located on an area of 9.64 hectares and consists of 36 standard Light Industrial blocks with an area of up to 1,500 m2 each, and the possibility of dividing them into independent modules (a warehouse with a mezzanine) of 380 m2. The standard blocks are of class B+. The total area of all buildings is more than 54,000 m2. The construction uses modern high-quality materials and technologies that meet international standards. The ability to customize the warehouse area and mezzanine according to customer requirements.

equipment
Each building in the park is equipped with communication systems: water supply, stormwater and central sewage systems, electricity supply, and gas supply. All systems are connected to the city's networks. The storage facilities are equipped with ventilation systems, and the office spaces have air conditioning, a fire hydrant system, smoke exhaust hatches, and are prepared for an automatic fire suppression system. All modern telecommunications services are provided to tenants, and maintenance and cleaning are handled by the management company.

Construction stages
The construction of PWC «GORKI-3» Light Industrial, an eco-friendly and climate-friendly complex, is being carried out in two stages. The construction of the first stage of 36 blocks is scheduled to begin in the Q2.2026.
The completion and commissioning of the project is expected in the Q4.2026 - Q1.2027.
